Rich Skipworth is co-ordinating the event with the Pergola, and booking enquiries should be sent to him at Here. He will liase with the Pergola to arrange accommodation.

We recommend you book your own flights as soon as possible (They are very reasonably priced at this time of year), but our contact at the Pergola is also quite willing to help you out with flight booking if you wish. Just contact Rich Skipworth and he'll arrange things via the Pergola.
